Published on behalf of the National Council on Measurement in Education, Educational Measurement: Issues and Practice (EM:IP) aims to inform best practice for measurement professionals by promoting a better understanding of, and reasoned debate on, important issues in educational measurement.

To that end, we publish original articles that are both timely and have the potential to advance the policies and practices of educational measurement.
